Steam Autumn Sale runs until October 8 with discounts on Stalker 2 and MH Wilds

Valve's Steam Autumn Sale began on 1 October and runs until 8 October at 10:00 Pacific time, which is 20:00 in Türkiye. As in earlier seasonal events, discounts cover the whole store, and browsing the Discovery Queue during the sale earns collectible stickers.

Discounts on catalogue favourites

Several publishers announced their own offers for the event:

• S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is 30% off, according to GSC Game World. The game recently received the Cost of Hope expansion and the free Update 2.0.
• Monster Hunter Wilds is 25% off. Capcom also discounted the Monster Hunter Series Pack and a bundle that pairs Wilds with Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. The large Wilds expansion, Ascendance, is due in 2027.
• Manor Lords is 35% off as part of Hooded Horse's autumn publisher sale.
• 2K is holding its own autumn sale on Steam, which also ends on 8 October.

A busy week for PC players

The sale overlaps with a crowded release window that includes Gears of War: E-Day and Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve. For players who would rather wait for price cuts than buy new releases at full price, the event is a chance to pick up games from the past year more cheaply. Before buying, it is worth checking each store page's language list; Monster Hunter Wilds, for example, does not offer Turkish.
